Yesterday at 4:30 in the afternoon I collected the shipment from the DHL facility at Vauxhall Street. Here it is!
I was surprised to see that the perspex box in which the Nokia E72 came was NOT forced open by the Sri Lanka Customs. Therefore I needed the four-digit code to open the box. Luckily our team comprising of Abraham Olandres, Daniel Tsou, Adrian Cheng and myself were able to find the code long before we received our Boxes.
Each one of us were given a clue, and they were:
- “I weighed in at 210gm”
- “I’ve got brains and brawn“
- “I’ve got good social skills“
- and mine was “I was conceived 11 years after the first device of my kind“
The clues were pointing towards the Nokia E90, so we decided that 2007 was the answer, year the E90 was released.
So I was able to open the box with no sweat 🙂 and find some really interesting goodies along with the Nokia E72, the latest Eseries phone with 5MPix camera and ARM 11 600Mhz processor.
At first sight I fell in love with this phone for it’s metal detailing, which gives this business class handset a very expensive look and with it’s intuitive optical navi key – for which one of my office colleague commented: “it’s good as a touchscreen“.
I am looking forward to do in-depth reviews on the features of this phone in futures posts. Ah! forgot to mention what the goodies were 😉
Along with the phone I got a Bluetooth headset and a DC-11 portable phone charger.
