Motorola Sues Apple

Motorola has filed complaint in the United States District Courts in two states plus with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on 18 of it’s patent infringements.

The technology in question includes antenna design, wireless email, location based services and data syncronization.

Motorola is asking ITC to bar Apple from selling, advertising and warehousing the alleged infringing products – iPhone; iPod; iPad. And the company is asking the Federal courts to stop Apple from using its patented technology and to pay for its past infringment.
